The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a marketing manager to join the highly regarded Marketing & Business Development team. The position is based in Dubai and reports into the Director, Residential Marketing – Middle East.

The main objective of the role is to support International Marketing & Sales by driving the IRES strategy and delivering on IRES clients’ needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction and tangible results in terms of marketing deliverables success and lead conversion rate.

The ideal candidate will have in-house Real Estate marketing experience and will work across our marketing department to help establish Savills IRES positioning. The role will support the IRES Head of Sales in delivering IRES clients’ campaigns and events in ME through annual plan of activities, digital campaigns and special executions. They will also manage the 360 spectrum of marketing deliverables. Experience working within a sales-driven, customer focused Real Estate Professional Service firm is ideal. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing tactical campaigns, creative development, campaign planning/activations, digital/social media, lead generation, events & exhibitions. Additionally, able to measure ROI and business results is a pragmatic way. This role will be responsible for developing and managing marketing plans, ad executions & budget management for IRES.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client service, manage the relationship and marketing deliverables between IRES Marketing UK, Int’l clients and IRES Marketing & Sales Middle East teams
  • Deliver marketing strategy, in line with int’l clients’ requests to promote their IRES products in ME
  • Setup, measure and report on IRES marketing campaigns KPIs, in coordination with the ME Digital Marketing and CRM Management leads
  • Create & manage all IRES digital marketing campaigns including landing pages, microsite, campaign workflows, KPIs, analytics, budget, SEM, SEO & programmatic ads, in coordination with the ME Digital Marketing and CRM leads
  • Repurpose IRES clients’ assets, developing PR and social media content in alignment with the UK and ME Corporate Marketing and Social Media team
  • Define and report on IRES brand campaigns with agreed KPIs in coordination with the ME Corporate Marketing team
  • Manage and execute IRES clients’ events and bespoke activities across ME
  • Ensure Marketing Generated Leads (MGL) are managed, customer records are always up to date, and IRES Sales Agents are reporting on lead status in coordination with the IRES Sales Head, CRM lead/Sales Admin and Call Centre team
  • Ensure IRES Sales Agents are constantly updating and maximising the use of in-house CRM tools such as but not limited to PropSpace, Hubspot and external listing portals
  • Work with RESI Marketing teams around the group, extract best practices and initiatives that further enhance IRES Marketing processes & procedures

  • Country and service leads in the Middle East and Europe business
  • RESI, Commercial, Corporate and Bids teams - from Directors to Graduate interns - in Savills Europe, Middle East and Asia business
  • IRES Clients in EMEA

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Real Estate Marketing
  • Experience in working with large cross-functional real estate professional service firm/global prime real estate agency
  • Track record of developing & executing high-performing marketing campaigns achieving high ROI, on time & within budget
  • Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgement to inform planning and tactical decision making
  • Strong project management and delivering execution excellence
  • Expertise in developing paid acquisition channel strategies for growth with a data-focused approach
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, a track record of distilling actionable insights from data
  • An adaptable and flexible style of collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders
  • The ability to think conceptually and write a clear creative brief that inspires our design team to produce materials that will appeal to the client
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and reliable
  • Can-do attitude with ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team, as required
  • High proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
